TERMS OF SERVICE

By using Dartboard Maths (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the Service.

Play the game, create an account, compete on the global leaderboard, invite friends to remote matches, and use the app on as many of your own devices as you like. The Service is free and has no in-app purchases or ads at the time of writing.

• Cheat. The server validates every match outcome; modified clients that try to spoof scores will have their accounts suspended without notice.
• Spam the leaderboard with throwaway accounts or automated scripts.
• Submit content (nicknames, school names) that is offensive, harasses other players, or impersonates anyone. We may rename or remove offending profiles without notice.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the API beyond what's required to play the game in a normal browser or official client.
• Use the Service for commercial purposes (paid coaching etc.) without our written permission.

You're responsible for keeping your password safe. We don't store it in a recoverable form. If you lose access, email support@africandartgroup.com and we'll do what we can.

The Service is provided as-is. We aim for high uptime on Cloudflare but make no guarantees, especially during deploys. If the worker is down, the app falls back to local-only play.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, African Dart Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be highlighted on the main menu and require re-acceptance on next sign-in.
