SCHOOL ADMIN
Set up your school
- Sign up + create a profile.
- MENU → SCHOOL → I HAVE AN INVITE CODE.
- Paste the 6-character admin invite code we sent.
- Fill in school name + country + city → submit.
- The system mints your school code — share with teachers.
Invite your teachers
- Share the school code via email / WhatsApp / a staffroom poster.
- Teachers sign up → MENU → SCHOOL → I HAVE A SCHOOL CODE → paste.
- They can create classes immediately — no further approval from you.
What admins can do that teachers can't
- See every class in the school (not just your own).
- See the school code at the top of the dashboard.
- Remove a student or teacher from a class.
You can also create + run your own classes if you teach.
Day-to-day
- MENU → SCHOOL → tap any class card.
- 4 tabs: ROSTER / RANKING / HEATMAP / ASSIGNMENTS.
- School code is at the top — tap to copy.
When things go wrong
| Situation | Fix |
|---|---|
| Teacher's lost the school code | Open the dashboard, copy + resend. |
| Student joined wrong class | Class roster → tap their row → Remove. |
| Teacher needs to leave | Same flow — remove. They keep their account. |
| School closing / suspicious activity | Contact us — only the platform admin can disable a school. |
Under-13 students
Under-13 sign-ups go through a parental consent flow:
- Student enters their age at signup.
- If under 13, they enter a parent's email.
- The consent email goes to the parent. Account is pending for 14 days.
- Parent clicks confirm → account activates.
Nothing for you to do — the app handles it. Just give students whose parents' email is handy a head start.
